It is organized by the Água&Ambiente newspaper, as part of the Water & Environment Conferences Week, which runs from 8 to 15 November 2021. It aims to bring to the debate the major issues that play a prominent role in the national WATER panorama, its agenda and its articulation with national and European guidelines. These include the government’s strategic priorities for the water sector, the priorities and incentives of PENSAARP 2030, the funding opportunities of the PRR for the next EU framework, the new guidelines for regulating the sector, competition in the new strategic cycle, rainwater as the new P of PENSAARP, and the challenges for low-level management entities.
